This textbook is done in a simplified manner that a student will fully understand and appreciate the subject Applied Economics that we need to apply in our daily life. Economics is very important to individual. Every decision we take involves an opportunity cost such as deciding which is more valuable: working overtime or having more leisure time. This is one of the things we usually ask in our daily life. Economics can also help improve living standards and make society a better place to live in.
This book complies with the new senior high school curriculum for the subject Applied Economics under the Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) Strand of the Academic Track of Senior High School (SHS).
